Caraveli builds custom homes on the Kohala Coast. We also look after them — year-round, for owners who are here a few weeks a year and want to arrive to a house that’s exactly as they left it, only better.
We’ve worked in these communities and inside these houses. We know how they’re built, what fails first on this coast, and how an owner of a home like this expects things to be handled.
Discretion is part of the service.
When you give someone the code to your home, you are trusting them with more than a building.
We don’t discuss our clients, post their homes, or bring people onto a property who haven’t been vetted. Access is limited to the people who need it. Vendors are supervised while they’re on site. What happens at your home stays between us.
Owners in these communities value their privacy, and a great deal of our work comes by word of mouth from people who expect exactly that. We’d rather be recommended quietly than advertised loudly.

Home watch
- Scheduled interior and exterior inspections, with a photo report after each visit
- Systems checks — A/C, water, electrical, irrigation, pool equipment
- Leak, moisture and pest detection before it becomes damage
- Run water, flush lines, keep an empty house healthy
- Storm prep and post-storm assessment
- Security checks — doors, windows, gates, cameras
Ongoing maintenance
- Vendor coordination and supervision — pool, landscape, housekeeping, pest, A/C
- Repairs handled in-house — we’re the contractor, not a referral service
- Preventive work — caulking, seals, hardware, corrosion, touch-up paint
- Deliveries and trade access — we meet them, you don’t
- Arrival preparation — house opened, cooled and detailed before you land
- Departure closing — shut down, secured, projects started once you’ve gone
A licensed contractor, not a handyman service.
Most home-watch companies can tell you there’s water on the floor. Then you’re on the phone from another time zone trying to find a contractor who’ll call you back.
We find it, diagnose it, price it and repair it — licensed, insured, and warrantied. One relationship covers the inspection, the vendor management, the repair, and eventually the new kitchen or renovation when you decide it’s time.
